Now, here's a Beach House For Miley!

Sam Adams house on Chatham Avenue - Disney film makers' choice to recreate Nicholas Sparks newest novel "The Last Song." Tybee will also BE the name of the small town by the sea where the story takes place. The book is scheduled for release on Sept. 8th of 2009 - the film, in early April, 2010!
